NOW HIRING A LOCAL SALES PARTNER

The Role Nobody Knew Existed
(Until Now)

Most sales jobs make you convince people they need something.
This one makes them realize they’ve wanted it all along.

Koby’s Cleanup is redefining how homeowners and small businesses maintain their outdoor spaces — bridging the gap between landscaping and housekeeping.
We don’t mow lawns or mop floors.
We take care of everything in between — the porches, the walkways, and those first-impression details that make a property look effortlessly cared for.

We call it Outdoor Housekeeping, and now we’re looking for a local Sales Partner to help us bring it to more homes and businesses across Ashtabula County.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is not telemarketing, not door-to-door pressure, and not the corporate sales grind.
You’ll be building real connections — introducing people to a service that instantly clicks once they hear it.

You’ll:

  • Represent Koby’s Cleanup at the local level — online and in person

  • Introduce our services to homeowners, property managers, and small business owners

  • Communicate clearly what Outdoor Housekeeping means and how it adds value

  • Build relationships, follow up with leads, and help customers sign up for recurring or one-time visits

  • Help shape how we grow in your area — your ideas will matter here

What You’ll Earn

This is a commission-based role with weekly payouts.

  • $25 per home signup

  • $50 per business signup

  • Bonus opportunities for consistent closers

  • Flexible, self-managed hours — you decide when and how you work

There’s no cap, no quota, and no micromanaging. The more you connect, the more you earn.

Ways You Can Sell

We know every salesperson has their own rhythm — that’s the beauty of it.
You’ll have full freedom to promote Outdoor Housekeeping however you connect best with your community.

Here are some examples of how our Sales Partners reach people:

  • Posting in local Facebook groups or on Marketplace

  • Sharing on your personal or business social media (posts, reels, stories)

  • Talking to friends, neighbors, and local homeowners

  • Handing out or leaving flyers or business cards in busy areas

  • Messaging or calling small business owners you already know

  • Partnering with realtors, pet groomers, or shop owners who share similar clients

  • Encouraging customers to share before/after photos or tag us for referral credit

  • Attending or setting up a table at community events

  • Or anything else creative that helps spread the word locally

We’ll give you branded digital materials and key service details — you bring your voice and local connections.

There’s no wrong way to sell — only your way.

Who This Is Perfect For

This opportunity fits best if you’re:

  • A retired or semi-retired sales pro who misses the close, not the grind

  • A well-connected local who loves talking to people and building relationships

  • A self-motivated communicator who sells through connection, not pressure

  • Someone who wants to represent a trusted, family-run brand that values results over micromanagement

You don’t need a sales degree — just the drive to connect and the pride to represent something that matters.

Why It’s Different

We’re not a franchise.
We’re a local, family-built business with a growing reputation for reliability, trust, and care.

As our Sales Partner, you won’t just be selling — you’ll be helping introduce something new to the community.
When you sell a Koby’s Cleanup service, you’re offering people time, pride, and relief.

You’re not selling chores. You’re selling curb appeal.
