This started with something simple - tips & generosity.

Over the last several months, many of our clients chose to leave a little extra after service.
A “thank you.”
A simple show of support.

And every time it happened, we had the same thought:

What if we didn’t just keep it?
What if we turned that generosity outward?

That’s how Neighbor to Neighbor was born.

Instead of treating tips as extra income, we began setting them aside to build a community fund.

A program designed to quietly support local neighbors throughout Ashtabula county and parts of Lake county, who may need one less thing to worry about.

Today, Neighbor to Neighbor is funded entirely through voluntary tips and secure donations. No automatic add-ons. No hidden percentages.
Just neighbors choosing to support other neighbors.

Kindness Started Next Door
5 Times!

Every act of kindness keeps the chain going.

How Neighbor to Neighbor Works

Neighbor to Neighbor operates as a community-funded service program.

When funds and route availability allow, we provide professional outdoor services to selected nominees within Ashtabula County and parts of Lake County.

Each submission is reviewed individually and considered based on the following factors:

Available Funds

Neighbor to Neighbor is funded through voluntary tips and donations. Services are provided as funds allow.

Route Availability

We review the size of the property, the services requested, and the overall level of work required to complete the job properly.

Scope of Work

We review the property location to make sure it falls within our service area before scheduling.

Support the Fund

Neighbor to Neighbor is supported entirely through voluntary contributions.

Here are three simple ways to help:

Leave a Tip

If you’re already a client, tips left after service are added directly to the Neighbor to Neighbor fund.

Make a Donation

Anyone can contribute through our secure Stripe donation link. Donations can be made in any amount and are processed privately through Stripe.

Shop the NTN Store

We’ve created a small collection of Neighbor to Neighbor apparel and items through our Printify store. After production costs, the remaining funds from each purchase go directly to the Neighbor to Neighbor fund.

Services That May Be Provided

Neighbor to Neighbor may cover a variety of services depending on the situation, scope of work, and available funding.

These may include services such as:

Spot Yard Deodorizer Treatment

A full cleanup of accumulated pet waste to restore the yard to a clean and usable condition.

Pet Waste Removal

Targeted odor treatment for areas heavily affected by pet activity.

Outdoor Housekeeping

Additional exterior cleanup services that help restore and maintain outdoor spaces.

Neighbor to Neighbor does not include landscaping services such as mowing, trimming, or large-scale yard restoration.

How To Nominate a Neighbor

Neighbor to Neighbor requests are submitted through a short online form. The form allows someone to nominate themselves or recommend a neighbor who may need a hand.

Each submission includes a brief explanation of the situation so we can better understand the request.

Nominations are reviewed privately and considered based on available funds, scope of work, and location.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions remain active for 90 days
After 90 days, a new submission may be made if assistance is still needed

Nominate a Neighbor

Neighbor to Neighbor is a community-funded initiative that provides occasional outdoor services for neighbors who may need a hand.

You may use this form to nominate yourself or someone else. Each request is reviewed privately and considered based on available funds, scope of work, and service area.

Neighbor to Neighbor requests are reviewed carefully and are intended for neighbors who could truly use a helping hand.

Sometimes you're the neighbor who gives.
Sometimes you're the neighbor who needs a hand.
Sometimes it's simply your turn to receive a little of the kindness you've already put into the world.

Because kindness starts next door.
